Have a good night!

  • Avoid technology
  • Set a regular bedtime
  • Wake up the same time every day
  • Avoid sleeping in late
  • Nap to catch up on lost sleep during the day instead. A 15- 20-minute nap each day has been proven to increase performance and learning. Naps are GREAT!
  • And of course, a good diet and regular exercise will help immensely!
