Welcome to Your Study Path!
This little 30 day course uses clinically proven techniques that will help you to focus on your studies and employs proven approaches in positive psychology to help you improve your wellbeing.
Each activity takes no more than 15 minutes a day, delivered with a series of short videos.
How will you know if it’s working?
Part of the course requires you to take a quick ‘grit’ test, a measurement of your determination to succeed developed by Pennsylvania State University.
Take the Study Path challenge. Complete a Study Path step each day for 30 days improve your focus and wellbeing!
Oh, and one more thing. Make sure you do the steps in order! Many activities rely on you having completed previous activities.
